# Trackr Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (“Trackr Privacy Policy”) describes how NiceBots (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares information through Trackr, our Discord bot service for invite tracking and management. This policy supplements our main Privacy Policy at /legal/privacy, which applies as a baseline to all our services.

In case of conflict between this Trackr Privacy Policy and our main Privacy Policy, this Trackr Privacy Policy takes precedence for Trackr-specific matters.

Trackr continuously monitors and records invite usage data for tracked invites. This data collection continues as long as invites exist and are tracked, regardless of immediate visibility to users. This ensures service continuity and enables features such as historical analytics.

The data you can access through Trackr’s interface may vary based on your service tier and configuration. However, data collection for service functionality continues regardless of current visibility settings.

3.3 Automated Processing

Trackr automatically processes invite data to:

  • Track member joins
  • Execute configured automated actions
  • Generate analytics and statistics
  • Maintain service functionality

4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

We process personal data under the following legal bases:

The majority of data processing is necessary to provide the invite tracking service you’ve requested by adding Trackr to your server.

Service data is retained for two (2) years after Trackr leaves a server or upon deletion request via hello@nicebots.xyz.

8.2 Extended Retention

Some data may be retained longer:

  • Transaction records (permanently for legal compliance)
  • Aggregated analytics (indefinitely in anonymized form)
  • Legal hold data (as required by law)

9. Your Rights

You can request a copy of your data in JSON, CSV, or text format.

9.2 Deletion

You can request deletion of your data, including specific deletion of non-visible data while retaining accessible data.
